1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using experiments.byjtt.com ("the Site"), operated by ByJTT ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The service

The Site is a free, non-commercial, educational research hub hosting fan-made clones of classic games, each rebuilt with a documented process and a unique twist. Games are provided "as is" for entertainment and research purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
Submit false, fraudulent, or automated leaderboard scores or spam comments.
Post abusive, hateful, illegal, or infringing content in any user-submitted field.
Scrape or harvest user-submitted data for purposes other than personal reference.
Use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The original game concepts and assets belong to their respective owners (e.g., 2048 © Gabriele Cirulli, MIT licensed; Clear Sans © Intel, Apache 2.0). Each game's page documents its licenses. The code, design, and documentation created by ByJTT for this hub are provided for educational use under the applicable open-source licenses noted on each page.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all games are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByJTT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

7. User content and conduct

By submitting a leaderboard score or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content on the Site. You represent that your submission does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove any content at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ByJTT operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
