1. Overview

ByJTT Experiments ("we", "us") operates experiments.byjtt.com ("the Site"), a research hub of 1:1 game clones built with AI. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and your choices. We are committed to minimal data collection: the Site is free, contains no advertising, and does not sell personal data.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Voluntarily submitted

Leaderboard entries: when you submit a score, we store the name you choose and your score (plus optional combo stats) in our leaderboard. This data is public — anyone visiting the site can see it.
Comments / reviews: if we add a comment feature, the name and comment you post are stored and displayed publicly.

2.2 Automatically collected (anonymized analytics)

We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service (such as Plausible or Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic. This collects only anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, referrer domain, device type, and country — no personal data, no cookies, no fingerprinting.

3. How we use data

To display leaderboards and comments you voluntarily submit.
To understand aggregate usage and improve the games and site.
To detect and prevent abuse (e.g., spam or fraudulent scores).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

4. Cookies

The Site does not use tracking cookies. The games use your browser's localStorage to save your personal best score and in-progress game state on your own device. This data never leaves your browser.

5. Third-party services

Hosting: Vercel, Inc. (see Vercel's Privacy Policy).
X (Twitter) embeds: if a post from our X account is embedded on a page, X may set cookies or collect data per X's Privacy Policy.
Analytics: a cookieless analytics provider (see Section 2.2).

6. Data retention

Leaderboard entries and comments are retained until removed. You may request deletion of your leaderboard entry or comment by contacting us (Section 9) — we will remove it promptly.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR in the EU/EEA, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these, contact us at the address below.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is a general-audience game hub and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Leaderboard names are self-chosen and not tied to accounts.
